Welcome to RodaBicycles. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By browsing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using our website and services immediately.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including individual customers, businesses, visitors, and third parties interacting with RodaBicycles.


1. GENERAL TERMS

  • RodaBicycles is an international online retailer specializing in bicycles and related accessories.
  • All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • All payments must be made exclusively through PayPal. No other payment methods are accepted.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
  • To place an order, customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. ORDERING & PURCHASING POLICY

2.1 Placing an Order

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete personal, shipping, and payment details when placing an order.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment via PayPal.
  • An order confirmation email containing transaction details and payment verification will be sent once payment is received.
  • Orders cannot be modified once processed. If changes are necessary, the order must be canceled (if eligible) and a new order must be placed.

2.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 04:00 PM WIB (Monday - Saturday) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 04:00 PM WIB, on Sundays, or on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.3 Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours after payment, provided the order has not been processed for shipping.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days and refunded via PayPal.

2.4 Product Availability & Pricing

  • All product prices are in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices displayed on the website are final at the time of purchase, and we do not offer price adjustments for past orders.
  • In the rare event that a purchased product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative product of equal value.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 Accepted Payment Method

  • We accept payments exclusively via PayPal. No other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets) are accepted.

3.2 Secure Payments

  • All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure encrypted payment gateway.
  • Customers can pay using their PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card through PayPal.
  • RodaBicycles does not store or process credit card details—all financial transactions are handled directly by PayPal.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

  • RodaBicycles reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or payment issues.
  • If an order is flagged for potential fraud, additional verification may be required before processing the transaction.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

4.1 Domestic and International Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping (Indonesia): Estimated 3-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated 6-18 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • All shipping costs are 100% free for both domestic and international orders.

4.2 Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
  • RodaBicycles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Customs clearance delays
    • Weather conditions or force majeure events
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

5.1 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 business days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All manuals, warranty cards, labels, and accessories are included.
  • Products that are used, assembled, or missing components will not be accepted for return.

5.2 Return Process

  • Customers must contact customer service before shipping the item back.
  • Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after receiving return approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by RodaBicycles.

5.3 Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover processing and inspection costs.

5.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be issued exclusively through PayPal.

6. WARRANTY POLICY

6.1 Warranty Coverage

  • All bicycles are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or improper assembly
    • Issues caused by lack of maintenance

6.2 Warranty Claims

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect when submitting a claim.
  • Warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • RodaBicycles is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of our products.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that bicycles are properly assembled and maintained before use.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by courier delays, theft, or force majeure events.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content on the RodaBicycles website (logos, images, text, and product descriptions) is the intellectual property of RodaBicycles.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making a purchase.
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities, hacking, or abusive behavior.
