2. ORDERING & PURCHASING POLICY
2.1 Placing an Order
- Customers must provide accurate and complete personal, shipping, and payment details when placing an order.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment via PayPal.

- Orders placed before 04:00 PM WIB (Monday - Saturday) will be processed the same business day.

- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5 business days and refunded via PayPal.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

- Domestic Shipping (Indonesia): Estimated 3-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated 6-18 business days, depending on the destination country.
- All shipping costs are 100% free for both domestic and international orders.
4.2 Tracking & Delivery Issues
- A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
- RodaBicycles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Weather conditions or force majeure events
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
